Bag Lift: Seed Hawk's hydraulic bag lift is a great addition to your new tank. It will lift up to 550 pounds of product to the top of the catwalk. This is a great option for canola and granular inoculant bags.

Conveyor: Seed Hawk's conveyor is the perfect option for your cart to cut down on filling time. The belt conveyor is gentle on all your seed, including peas and lentils, and the low profile belted hopper will fit under most semi trailers.

The 10-inch conveyor tube is equipped with a 16-inch cleated belt that curls when it runs through the tube. This new advancement in conveyor technology allows the conveyor to move mass amounts of product up the tube on a steeper angle than conventional conveyor belts.

Stainless Steel Meter: Long-lasting, durable, stainless steel meters are at the heart of the Seed Hawk metering system. Built for reduced wear and to resist fertilizer corrosion, the stainless steel meters accurately move product from tank compartment to airflow.

Simple and accurate product splitting into the 2½-inch stainless steel lines is done below the meter, eliminating the need for a large primary head.

Calibration: Seed Hawk’s innovative spiral roller and gearbox combination comes standard on all air tank models. The gearbox, from Seed Hawk’s technology partner Vaderstad, eliminates the need to change product rollers for most products, and provides farmers user-friendly technology that ensures accurate, fail-safe rate settings for almost any seed size. The spiral roller provides immediate delivery of product to the air stream on start up.

The rollers in the meter are made up of eight sections. There are both black and red sections, with the black sections having deeper grooves to meter out more product. This ensures every opener receives the same rate of product, no matter how many openers are on a distribution head.

Monitors: The standard Loup III monitor puts you in control, monitoring bin level, fan speed, seeding rate, acreage meter and ground speed. Low bin level sensor alerts the operator to low product.
